What information do I need to provide for a quote?

To prepare an accurate quote we’ll need your product drawings or 3D files (STEP, IGES, DWG), material requirements, estimated annual volume, and target lead time. Even without drawings, our team can guide you through the DFM process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship molds and parts to 30+ countries worldwide. We handle all export documentation, packaging, and work with reliable international freight partners to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Can you support non-English speaking clients?

Absolutely. Our team can communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). We also work with translation support for clients in Japan, Korea, Germany, and other key markets.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for custom molds — each mold is manufactured as a single bespoke tooling project. For injection-molded parts, MOQs depend on the part size, material, and production economics. We’ll advise accordingly.
